Tellus Partners, along with its partner, Varden Capital, are developing a multifamily project in Atlanta, GA. The total project will consist of 191 units. The site is strategically located in the Upper Westside, putting it in close proximity of some of Atlanta’s top job hubs such as Midtown, Downtown, Buckhead, and the Platinum Triangle.
Partnership views this as an excellent opportunity to deliver a market rate apartment community in an area that is primed for rapid growth. Over the past five years, the Upper Westside has transformed enormously. Gone are the days of empty warehouses of a bygone era. Today residents are treated to a premier live-work-play destination filled with award winning restaurants, boutique retailers, and eclectic art galleries.
The growth in the overall city has been strong too. Even during the pandemic, several large corporations, like Google, are set to open major tech hubs in the city. This follows a trend of Atlanta’s rapid population growth driven in part by the low cost of living and business costs. The city is still booming and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
