Seaman’s Hall Apartments
Tellus Partners, with Varden Capital Properties and Buckhaven Construction Services, are redeveloping the four-story building into 60 apartment units. The building was constructed in the late 1940s as the Seamen’s Bethel, a hotel for seamen coming through Mobile’s port. The project qualifies for historic status and we are working to have it added to the historic registry. Historic tax credits can then be used in the project.
The apartment building will include a variety of amenities including gated off-street parking, a rooftop deck with outdoor patio and a dog park.
Location – Mobile, AL
Size – 60 Units
